Communication and Documentation Commission
It's an operational committee that deals with documenting all Cave Rescue activities carried out either in training or in real emergencies and it is composed of all the Delegation press attachés (ASD).
Operates throughout the country, supports the ASD committed in operations on their own territory flanking him or providing a replacement.
Provides support to the delegations temporarily without an ASD sending a CCD press officer, issuing press releases through CCD relationships with official news agencies.
The Delegations Press Attachés are officers trusted by they own Delegate and responsible for documentation tasks and dissemination of all the work of the delegation. They handle relations with the media system and represent the operational interface between the delegation and the local media both in emergency operations and in regular activities.
